Spring will be here in no time.....I can almost taste it in the air tonight. I,m sure you have enough NOS parts to build a new SD

I liked that one over at Peterboro' I saw on a ride out but reading stuff on internet about the motor successfully scared me off . Like the HD as it has just one carb , no ABS , EFI etc with hydraulic tappets , simples as the furry persons have a habit of saying . The Interceptor probably not as nicely made etc but it's all fantasy window shopping atm - already have too much in the garage as it is .

Looks like a RE rideout , trying not to buy another one .......... We joined an RE rideout last month. It was quite a nice day, but very cold so I took the CB500 with it's heated grips. Even then, on the ride up to the meet point in Peel at 55 mph I was frozen. So, with the RE guys ages ranging from 69 to 80 and one of the REs a 1953 model, I was looking forward to a leisurely ride back down south at about 30 & being a bit less cold. No such luck, we went back at an average of 60! Not the most scenic setting for photos, but there's a Kawasaki dealer on the industrial estate & one of the guys wanted to see if he could sell them his W800. Also, there's a cracking cafe across the road

Got a new Continental in my local RE dealers , looked good ,pre production bike ,wonder if the quality will transfer into production , Excel alloy rims etc . I'll hold myself in check ....though might succumb to just a test ride....
