I have started the rebuild on the 400NA and thought I would add an update to the site. I took a few photos before I took the frame apart and took another couple once I had started rebuild. What a difference a bit powder coating and elbow grease can do.  upload pictures to web |

It was a couple of months. I dont get as much time as i would really like to work on it. But having brought it as a project I'm happy justtinkering with when I have time

The shocks are new. I did start to clean up the shocks as they had previously been painted black. But when I removed the black paint I found that the chrome beneath was completely shot. I am currently working on the front forks so have added a picture. I have cleaned one up, sprayed it and fitted a new oil seal and dust cover. Other now being done.  |
