thanks for the tip,I`ll need to try and make some space to set it up, not sure where though! I`ll have to get rid of some rubbish in one of my sheds as I don`t think the wife would be very happy if I set it up in her summerhouse...

Got my bike home before rain came today so what could I plate today? So Paul wanted his 97 fire blade front wheel spacers doing but they don't want to be to shinny so leave them in the clear/blue passive a bit longer then he wanted his tool kit on his 400/4 doing as the plating has rubbed of with them rubbing together in the bag the one on the left has been done the other one shows the plating rubbed away! That's 1 piece down only 12 more to do bearing in mind it takes 30 mins from start to finish for one piece

I guess I'm not the only one here who would love a workshop like that! Time to pack in the post & open up a plating shop, Chris?!

Dave is going to clear the old office out for me and is going to set it up a bit more professional with water at constant temp and better voltage control so he might offer a plating service as well as his other stuff

I thought it was time to sort out some original chain adjusters so I found two at cms so I plated the bolts the chrome nuts needed to be replaced so plated bolts new nuts and decal and they look good oh and I was not happy with the new rear wheel nut from silvers it looked cast! So I plated the original one then I did a few more of Paul's 400/4 tools host photos freestill got a few to do then we did his headlight / reflector bolts which are now unobtainable upload photo on website
