It certainly was Slippery Sam 1971-1975. Earlier that year I watched the first Trans Atlantic match races and all of the bikes were BSA(the Yanks)and Triumph(the Brits)can still see and hear them coming out of the hairpin at Mallory what a sound

Unsure on the year......it is a Yamaha so I switched off 5 secs after looking at it.
