Wonder why they are flogging so many?
Looks like May is hanging onto the blue 400/4 (for now).

These may be the less than perfect examples they collected first?
I am interested in the CB200, but it is only described as being in "generally good condition" and having a VJMC dating letter might not have a squeaky clean history....

They can't exactly be short of a bob or two, so can't see why they're selling - especially Hammond with that stunning Norton!

Agreed Christopher.
Plus I have a feeling that the three of them could become even richer.

And the CX..... I think I remember you posting last year that the CX500 did not have as good of build quality as the SD, something about rust, I had meant to ask you to elaborate more on you knowledge of them, I sort of like the look of them. Where did they rust and what was the engine quality like on them, do the do high millage?

I would say that they are taking opportunity of this being perfect timing to sell their bikes ad make a profit, as everyone is talking about Top Gear now. It's likely they will buy more bikes and repeat the process when the next opeotunity arises. Some lovely stuff there, can anyone tell me if a Tourist Trophy and an XBR500 are the same size or is one slightly bigger than the other? Two of my favourite bikes in their collection, apart from the CD200.

My guess is that they have been offered a lucrative contract overseas as a threesome and are lightening the load for when they depart.

I have only watched a few of the modern (post-2002) Top Gear and the ones I watched I found entertaining. Most know that Clarkson is a bit of pompous prick but somehow the three of them clicked. Leave the BBC, the PC brigade and the average Daily Fail reader behind and you might just prosper more guys.
