My initial thoughts are that I don't fancy being (personally) connected to a trickle charger 24/7.

The problem we have isnt the myopic idiots running into the back of us because they havent seen us, it is the arrogant twats who DO see us and pull out IN FRONT anyway........
Or the harrased housewife with screaming kids in the car which she is more intent on dealing with than looking at where she is driving her car!!!!
No amount of Blackpool illuminations will protect us from those berks...........

A complete load of crap with no safety benefits at all it's just a gimmick. Saying that when I was flying round on my Raleigh Burner I would have loved it

What a useless item, can't imagine who would want to wear one.If the twats can't see a modern bikes lights and indicators they shouldn't be driving, but they are.

The video would not play for me, I just see the back view of a guy in a dark jacket sitting on a Kawasaki. What is the jacket supposed to do if the video was to play for me?

An interesting curio but those that don't look won't see anyway, so I think it's of a limited (but slight) benefit to be honest. One of the riders I know from brit butt rallies got wiped out last year with lights on and a 'Polite' high-viz. You can be lit up like a crimbo tree but it still won't cure the 'looked but failed to see' SMIDSY brigade. As for being plugged in to the bike, that's not an issue to anyone used to heated kit
