As the tile says , does a cb750 have a separate oil tank rather than a wet sump.

which year are you talking about,
if its a KO, K2 F1 ie early years ,yes it does have dry sump. not sure when wet sump 750 arrived

the early single cam 750 4,s have a oil tank. the twin cam later bikes do not

Thanks for the replies.
I was looking at a manufacturer of custom seats and they were making a cafe racer seat for a CB750 with an oil tank in the hump
Got me wondering.

stupid place to put an oil tank, imagine in the case of an accident, in between the frame at least its protected.
