makes me wonder if the later engines gained a bit of lard? my 450 feels a hell of a lot heavier than my 400 na (the 450's got the oil cooler but then the 400's got the kickstart gubbins)

Almost 6 months later having finished OWA (250nb) OLB is next to have some attention. Not got too far, it’s surprising how long these rebuilds take when your an amateur.

Decided to try a different sequence on the rebuild this time as the carbs are a bugger to fit. The idea being I will fit the engine , then the carbs followed by the airbox. Has anyone else tried this?

Thanks for the photo, just what I needed. I assume that is how Honda intended the wiring harness to be (on top of the frame?)

this pic is before final positioning it was pulled up about another inch after this just till the band of white tape is in middle of tank rubber cable clamp
