They haven't changed the grease over the years mine was the same on my SD and my blade was the same colour too 20 years later

Fungo, i hope your going to put this grease in an air tight container for reference in future years, Does it actually have an oficial honda part number ?

I use this one and most of it seems to be made in the US so Nick should have no problem getting any

Do you have any genuine original Honda air for the tyres too bodester?

It's funny you say that Nick I said to Dave when we removed the genuine tyres of his 400 bearing in mind it's low 2000 odd miles and the tyres never lost the air even though it was layed up since early 80's that I should catch the Japanese air in a bag and he just gave me one of his looks as if to say I was taking this original and genuine stuff a bit to far
