Looks very clean and original, side panel stickers missing and chainguard should be black I think plus looks like a 69/70 model is that the correct tank, does look lovely though ( from one side lol. ) Spot on. Needs detailing for sure but it's all out there - correct style replacement side panel decals, clock rubber surrounds etc etc. For me, this was the last year of the nice looking one, it's a 1969. (UK 1970 got a tank makeover but the U.S model continued with this one until the OIF models of 1971).

Nicer shaped tank and silencers on the American bike the Royal Star 500 retained that tank in blue/chrome I think

Looks good but it is in the next state (to the right on the map). They always look better in the pictures. I've also got a dirt cheap 1980s American car vying for my attention too....will see what happens..

sort of with davefirestorm on the timing side (polished some A10 covers for a mate years ago, a joy to do) but I think its a nice looking engine (love the black barrels) and a good looking bike all round. bet your right leg gets a workout though, until you find the knack...

Already been told off by a fellow member for the helmet on the seat in this pic....YES......tut tut. This pic of the LHS was taken this week....replacement brushed alloy (clutch) cover is in reserve and will be fitted very soon.....certainly before anymore pics of the bike appear.

The Bonnie club......lol. Here's mine after a lengthy ride out today. Have to say I am really enjoying riding this machine as well as looking at it, as its appearance gets nicer. It's not a SD of course and sorry for the mis-content peeps......but it's a nice modern take on the past. I want one in the stable forever I think.
