Had the superdream running today for the first time since getting it back together and ive got to say im well pleased
This is the first four stroke engine ive ever had in bits and put back together by myself , it runs nicely with no oil leaks (up to now)
There is some smoke on the right hand cylinder which was never there before , im hoping this is just oil i had in the cylinders and will burn off
Just need the tank , side panels and the seat cowl from the painters now , but i said to the painter something you should never say to a painter "Im not in any rush for the bits back" ...lol

Great ! nice feeling when it fires up with no clunks Certainly is , its the first time ive taken the head off a ohc four stroke bike , when timing it all up I must have checked it 50 times...lol ,I was just relieved there was no rattle bangs or snaps when it started up

Scrap this post ....see my other thread titled "Superdream head removal"
Im now declared unchuffed as I obviously did something wrong and now the engine has to come back out
