Knowing we have a wide range of knowledge on the forum and I am totally stuck thought I would throw out a challenge. I was in a junk shop at the weekend going through boxes of rusty old tools and found this in the bottom with a massive price tag on it of 60p. Initially I thought it might be a turnscrew for a gun but not now convinced. Any idea out there - it is about 3 1/2" long, handle made of wood, prong steel?

Could it be an air valve key?

I'd go along with the clutch spring adjuster still have mine bought 40 odd years ago lol. That looks home made though

is it not an early form of door card trim remover or popping of trim bits on a cars body?
