Don't get started on the Land Crabs..... A more unlikely rally car its hard to think of  . Never driven one or even been a passenger but I did spend many a carsick hour in the back of various Hydrolastic suspended vehicles as a kid .............  |

Ahh the good old Land Crab I recall driving one,very spacious.

My first ever ride in a car was in a bluey-green Austin 1100....on the way home from being born.
I swear that part of the inner wheelarch fell out onto the drive as I was hoisted out....but surely I'd not remember something that early on.

A Morris 1100 was given to my ex wife and I by her Aunt and Uncle,the Uncle a school headmaster told me there "was a bit of a knocking noise" at back of car he thought was the axle !! Turned out to be the body trying to part company with what was left of the rear sub frame  |
