I just felt the need to emphasise what a great forum this is , there is a great deal of technical and product knowledge here but no one takes it or themselves too seriously . Which is quite rare , very often a forum or group becomes someone pet fiefdom with some dedicated "followers of the faith" . Was inspired to thank you all having just cleansed myself of being a member of another marque group on FB that I was finding a "vexation to my spirit" to quote Telly  . Keep up the good work ! PS This is most unlike me so don't expect a reoccurance ! |

Wow.....come 'ere Boje - give us a hug.  Well I agree......and we all make it work - those who take the time to contribute on a regular basis that is. What is also so very important and is clearly not understood by others trying to make a forum work is that the silliness and banter is just as important as the hardcore 'on topic' stuff. Whilst on that - there have been some wonderful technical posts of late - some taking place here or in the other rooms of the forum. Asking a member to post just 20 times is a very small ask to gain access to everything - considering the valuable knowledge it opens up on here for them. The information found here is also accurate - there is no other place like it on the net for SD info. Sometimes it makes me cringe what I read on other sites including FB. |

I'm on it and have been since 2008.
The trolling on there is ridiculous but I do find it entertaining in some respects - you do have to be in the right mood for it.
But as a serious source of Superdream information?

I use facebook quite a lot to keep in touch with my sister in York and my Cousin in Middlesborough its also usefull for getting holidays at short notice from work as my superviser is on my friends list ,but most of my time is spent on here or youtube
