On Saturday (no joke) I was in Coventry,
In a pub overlooking the station,
It was called 'The Rocket' (True Google it)
The barman was rough and ready and there was sawdust on the floor,
It reminded me of the Sprocket,
Don't let Tesco win, all they sell is horse meat,

Me? I have been up to my neck in it these past couple of months.........and have not even managed to get on here as much as I would have liked just recently.....
Sad to see - but to be open and honest, I am all 'computered' out....I need to get out on the bikes more..........meet up with my friends more....

Sorry to hear that Cheggy and I apologise for not being in there more myself but I never was much of a drinker. I would like to thank you Cheggy for providing us with a save haven at the Throttle & Sprocket in difficult and uncertain times which helped us all set up home here. Look on the bright side now you have retired from the pub game at least you can spend more time on here and it doesn't matter where we are as long as we're all together |
