Hi again, it's been a little while since I last posted, but after recently giving the CB-1 another chance, I decided that I'm never going to get used to it. 
I started looking on ebay for the bike I wanted to get right from the off - a Super Dream.
There are some lovely bikes on there, but I want something to ride, so I have bought a project.
Some of you may've seen it on ebay recently. I was told that the crankshaft went on the original engine, which was removed and half stripped, so it currently has no engine fitted.
The chrome seems to be badly pitted, so I'll be replacing various parts with good second-hand bits as and when they turn up.
Hopefully I will fit a bit better on this bike and not be so scared of riding it.
A friend is picking it up for me this morning, so I'll take some pics after work.
Be prepared for some questions and I'll start a renovation/restoration thread soon
