I don't know if it will help now, nearly a year later, but I am the guy with the yellow fairing who originally posted as a Guest and have just come across this thread again. Don't seem to be able to post as a Guest any more so have had to register in order to reply. The guy in Germany who had the screens made up goes by the name of Bernt and can be found here: www.muhl-motorrad.de/Windschild/windschild.htmlScreens for the Oxford fairing are about halfway down the page. Charge for delivery to the UK was €20. Hope this is useful to someone!

Only problem is I did not give them the rubber trim the screen sits on before they cut the holes, so currents fitting is a little out on the gaps. Will have another later £50/60 cash sale.

Hope it is OK for me to add another update to this thread. I picked up another of these fairings from eBay. Thinking was that I would swap the screen with mine although currently undecided as to whether I actually will. Interesting part on this one is the mounting frame. As I understand it Oxford sold these frames colour-matched for Superdreams and CX500s. I think the colour of this one, which looks original, is a CX500 blue - if I remember rightly the Superdream blue was darker. The CX500 didn't have headlight mounting bolts as the headlamp was part of the 'cockpit moulding' so the mounting for the fairing must have been different. As can be seen from the pic the mounting bracket looks to fit to the bike somewhere around the bottom yoke - maybe there was another part that bolted to the bike. It looks as if it would be an easy job to shorten the brackets and weld on a couple of brackets to mount to the headlamp bolts if desired. Anyone got any thoughts? Fungobat - You mentioned that you had a copy of the fitting instructions. If you found them can you send me a copy please, for my interest. Thank you.

Yes I have the instructions. They are on here somewhere. If we can't find them I can of course put them up again.
Britpete may know where they are as I believe he is currently trying to make a fitting bracket up for one of these fairings.

In this thread honda-superdream.co.uk/thread/5486/nose-fairingsThanks for the info. Maybe I have missed something somewhere (wouldn't be the first time). I can see a couple of pictures of the instructions, which also cover the CX500 version, but I was hoping for a version I could download as a pdf or similar. Is such a thing available?

It was not properly scanned in but I can scan the document at work tomorrow if it helps.
To be honest, there is not much to it, it's like a five page leaflet shared between CB250/400N and CX500.

Yes please, a scan of the full document would be great, not least so I can see how the CX500 fitting worked. Many thanks Fungobat.

No worries. It's useful in that it shows all the component parts.
I'll dig it out and bring it into work tomorrow, Chris.
