Good morning, I've been building a CB250n cafe/brat bike for about 18 months and just about reaching the finishing line. Been building cars for years. I was inspired by OEM's Hunter and the Cherry Bomb built by that dude over in Australia. Bagged the neglected bike from a chap at work for the princely sum on £215. Here it is in my then new garage/workshop (which I have since also completely refurbished) back in January 2014. After an awful lot of blood, sweat, beers and tears here is where we are today. Just some tuning (running like dogshit ATM ) and shake down to go before MOT and hopefully the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride next month. I have documented the build throughout here if you need a laugh www.otakuengineering.co.ukBe gentle, it's my first time... Matt

Nice bike, Matt. And that's the best use of an invader I've seen yet!

Very nice Matt and an interesting blog as well, did you ever get the yellow paint of your hands or does it still look like you got a hand transplant from one of the Simpson's

Like the bike and the blog!
Just scanning down the blog- did you get your brake caliper sorted in the end as your photo shows the later sleeved bolt and Haynes were describing the earlier bolts which had the O rings? We discussed it on here a while back and found out Honda changed the design midway through the NA production run.....
