At least here's a bit of room in there for your butties. My wife's early Virago has a dummy tank containing nothing but air & no access to put stuff in. There's a puny tank under the seat, holding about a pint! Later models have a filler cap that actually opens, so you can do more than 60 miles between fillups - design office must've run out of weed that day.

I've often thought that too - that some of the Honda designers were on something when you look at some of the models.
What was that little one that reassembled a suitcase?

looks to be made of plastic as well not metal I would never of guessed looking at bike when (fake) tank closed up, Mr Honda is a cleaver chap
