Wall of Death- actually just watched a very good program on Discovery HD called "Turbo Pickers"- and the guy took time out to refurb a bike for the show. The Wall of Death uses several identical bikes. A Honda CB200. Might have even been my old bike....

I was also about to start a new thread, I kid you not......but thought I would do it tomorrow. But what the heck. Let's throw it out there now.
Who on here would be up for doing a wall of death on a Superdream for charity?

Also the ground is softer in France so I heard.
I read that in the Sunday Times so it must be true.

On a serious note, Is yours roadworthy now, David?
Would it accelerate to an acceptable speed for the wall of death?
The carbs need to be in tip top order......if that mother splutters at 4000rpm you could be in the cack.

fungo, bike still in bits (no shell bearings for one thing) as i'm (and have been) concentrating on looking after the mrs being ill thing, the ground is definetly not softer cos its frozen solid at the moment and i live in a mountainous region i should have a word with your sunday times joutnalist, i bet hes never even stepped foot outside of his orifice office. perhaps its softer in the summer with all the melted cheese that sinks in to the upper earth/silt levels which iis of course how clay is made
