In a word.....at present......no...
I am intending to look hard and fast into credible reproduction SD decals soon.......I have the genuine originals from the exact model you are asking about.
To date, none of the decal companies have even got close (in my opinion) to the genuine items.
This leads me to believe the only way that these companies can produce what the real enthusiast wants is enthusiast advice / involvement from day one.......sadly most just 'suck it and see'......and think this advice is not needed - often copying a copy to their peril......

To begin with......a genuine UK CB400NA in blue never actually existed....it was only sold in metallic red and black here. Perhaps you need to upload some pics of exactly what you are after.

So the first pic is of your bike, second pic of Steve GBR's CB250NA (which was available in blue).
Do you want the CB250NA decals for yours or different ones?

Correct, first pic my bike , second pic steves I want the decals that are on steves bike but swapping the "250n" on the side panels for "400n" Is this possible? I originaly wanted the 400n decals and not the na , but you say these are not available so I will setle for the NA decals

Yes of course it's possible but supply at present is still an issue, much with the other one you mentioned (400N).

Image works have sent me a set for my red n model. Hope to have them on and lacquered soon but they look decent through the mounting tape. They also sell separately so if you make a boob you dont have to reorder full set £50 ish delivers to n ireland Hope this helps

So these are going on your 1979 (kickstart) model? Are you happy with them?...............Feedback on their appearance from you (the typical punter) would be very good. I am keen to get these decals looking exactly as per original one day....so we can all help each other. Great pictures and thank you again.

Yea 1979 cb250n kicker. Im not a connoisseur this is a first for me I think they are good be better able to asses when back mount paper removed. Image works gave me an alternative of having the top laminated so they can be used without laquer but the edges would be sus on tank if petrol spilled onto them. Good luck mike.
