Welcome Scott. So have you got plans to buy more Brits? Rumour has it you have fallen in love with them...... Buy a Beezer A65........PLEEEASE. Saving up for a Brit bike yes Nick. But it has to be a Matchless. Saying that my uncle also has a BSA A10 and I have to say I was impressed with that, goes well and smooth too. I'd have one of them if funds allowed

Why do you like the Matchless so much, Scott?
P.S- like the period gear you are wearing.

reliable, reasonably priced and that noise from the exhaust when you open her up - nothing like it! It just puts a bigger smile on my face every time I ride it than any other bike has.

That said the p*ss pot helmet and goggs could look older. I bought a new pudding basin type helmet from China (comes with ECE mark so appears rode legal) but honestly its nothing more than a bicycle helmet. No chance I'm wearing it. Not quite sure the rules on wearing a genuine vintage pudding basin is, although you do see them on VMCC runs.
