After my stint in the hospital and going back to work, I have decided to cut back to 4 nights instead of the 5.
It helped immensely with my Covid recovery as I felt rested after 3 days off. Work helped with physio.
I have been doing it for the past 4 weeks and what a difference it makes to my psyche, therefore decided to keep it going.
I have more time for everything and more energy for everything I do, lets see how long it lasts!!
Fortunate to be able to cut back, should have done it years ago.
Gee.

HELLO graeme do not pack in the physio after finding out i get a allergic reaction when idiots do not look where they are going .3 months in hospital 9 operations and a year in a wheelchair ,it was the physio at northhern general then doncaster that got me back on my feet and the two years up to now through covid i have not gone to the gym my health as suffered .when we get to a certain age you find out you do not bounce as and we carn't burn the candle at both ends anymore, look after yourself
