yes there is lots of it and i bought lots of it .but today most of aftermarket parts and some genuine is made there.one example i acquired a 98 600 bandit i know the bike and i know she had a miss app last year and never seen here out on it no more .you can see its had a tumble front mudguard cracked a dint in the tank and bent bars and the left side engine casing leaking oil .easy repair all sorted took it out and one of the fork seals leaking .when i stripped down found the for legs bent .they were wanting over £300 for a pair .i got some fork legs from china a while back they were fine so got some tubes of the same guy for the bandit £136 to the door and are excellent .there is lots of crap out there but you can buy crap in the uk ,look for businesses that are established and have history especially on ebay .look at it this way uk or china if you produce and sell rubbish you do not stay in business long .and the uk seller selling this item a bet they are from the same sause

I restored a Yamaha SRV250 last year and as it was not a UK model I had to resort to finding parts that were used on different Uk models that were compatible or using universal parts like handlebars, shock absorbers, indicators, rear light etc.
My first batch of parts were ordered in the Uk for ease, delivery times & quality but were found to have been made in China anyway. I then ordered some other parts, that I didnt mind waiting for, direct from China and found i got the same parts for a fraction of the price.
You just need to careful with closely examining the description as their adverts dont necessarily lie about the item but just not mention things like its chrome coloured plastic rather than real chrome.

I found out from a third party what happened to the bandit. She used a car rear end to stop. Never mind she is not put off its not official she as her mind on a royal enfield .she as always took a shine to my dream but knows its not for sale so if you put your dream up for sale and get a call from a young lady from South Yorkshire do her a good deal

A very good point, a couple of years ago I bought a couple of tail lights for a bobber project, narrowed it down to a choice of two, one was £11.85 the other £6.43, (I keep a note of price and suppliers for future reference). At that sort of money I thought I'd buy both to try them on the bike for the final decision. Attached is the pic of the £6.43 light from a UK Cafe racer parts supplier I stumbled across the other day, I was that amazed I saved the pic to show my lad. I understand the need to make a profit, but that's having the piss and then some..
