Hi,
I have brought a new centre stand for my CM250T.
i think the spring I have is the wrong length.
Can anybody tell me the correct length of spring.
A picture of how the spring fits would also be very helpful

Do you have the correct 'C' plate that connects the spring to the stand? This might help  The 'C' plate, item 2 is the same part number as the Superdream 50523413000, as is the spring 9501471702, although the CM250 stand is slightly different to the SD. Silvers has the spring in stock, but not the 'C' plate, although it wouldn't be difficult to make one. The plate slips on to a pin at the back of the stand near the top, with the other end hooked into the spring. the other end of which goes round the lug on the left hand leg (labelled 1 in the diagram) |

I have got the C plate
I now understand how the spring attaches.
will retry the spring tomorrow and if needed I will
adapt it or call David Silver.
