well gave the dream its first good run and stayed dry had a run out to warsop to look at a bike she was running fine but was looking a bit black so came home the fastest way poss.down the 614 and then the a1 ,keeping up with the traffic was showing mid 80s on the speedo and was very happy for the 11 miles i did on the a1 but back on normal roads i could smell she was hot but running very well .it was when i stopped and the engine pinning and then seen the exhausts it looks like my gas flowed head needs more fuel.glad i put allen studs in the carb float boles as will need to take them off as i do not remember the jet size i replaced theoriginals with

Nice day so had a look at the dream before it rains. Plugs still showing its still running lean but not bad .checked ignition that is working as it should. But I think I now need a bit more advance.i can do this by moving the pickup but will lose bottom end .there are piggy back systems I have them on the buell a the Harley and work very well. There are some systems on the market that you can adjust just the ignition lots use them in the race game I need to see what's about and adaptable to the honda system. I have a speedshop ecu a early one they offered me a late one that's more like the original but I like the way the old one puts the power down. This is what happens when you start altering things the next job is to make a two into one into two a system that worked very well on 360 twins in the 70s
