Bike test was a Suzuki A100 and the car test was the school of motoring diesel Jetta that I had my 5 driving lessons in! Passed the bike test a year before taking the car test.

Great picture Paul! I took my bike test at 17 on my Tiger Cub, but it was cancelled half way through when the clutch cable snapped. Passed my car test the same year in the driving school's Austin 1100, but wasn't interested in cars & stuck with the Cub. I was happy on 250s & didn't bother with another test 'till I was 27, on my CB250G5. Clutch cable held out this time & I passed . Still happy with a 250, so I had the G5 another 10 years.

I had to borrow my mates wifes bike a little Yamaha 100cc trials bike can't remember the model ,it was bloody lethal could'nt keep the front wheel on the ground to save my life I was convinced I'd failed but I passed the tester must have managed to miss all my accidental wheelies .When I took her bike back she said yeh it does that ,thats why I don't use it ,I thought thanks for the heads up .Passed my car test in a corsa without any dramas at all

I passed mine on a Bantam during school lunchtime about 50 years ago; where have the years gone? Keep thinking about getting another Bantam or possibly a Tiger Cub like my mate had but they seem very expensive now.
