What other 250/400 bikes the members would consider?

I lusted after the SD when I was 17 but didn't have the funds and ended up with a CB125 Twin, but when the lC came out that was love at first sight, it just seemed lightyears ahead of everything.
I still haven't owned one but last year my son bought this mint one and the RGV which was from a different era from my early biking days.
I still think the SD's stand up well looks wise though.
