I recently changed clients that I do work for. I am now back on the night shift trunking whisky up and down Scotland on the most boring road on the planet, the A9. It does get a bit more exciting on the A95. At 57, it's getting harder to adjust again to the nights, it took me 6 months the last time. Sun to Thurs for now. Gee.
My cab, comfy comfy, great stereos in Volvo's.
Unit with Trailer ready to head back down to Glasgow
The tanker I took up to Keith.

I agree, getting off the average speed boredom of the A9 is always a relief. If you were at Chivas in Keith you were only 10 mins away from me. I still have a wheel for you, no 2am collections though!

Hats of to you guys driving and delivering everything we need, often overlooked what a vital job you do👏👏 I loved working nights,I could get on doing foreigners with no risk getting caught and in one employ would sleep most of the night, happy days ( Nights lol )

Yet another change of jobs...Whisky now going quiet, everything that is bottled is away.
Now going to work for Morrison's, I will see how long that lasts.
Still on the nights, love em...always a great sleep.
Gee.
