Surely you now need to find a black and also a red 400NB to complete the set? Get looking.

TBH I've seen less stock bikes on Ebay described as "all original"

An update on my silver German 400, first impressions on delivery was very pleased it was better than I expected and the photos didn’t flatter, which they often do. Couldn’t start it straight away as the battery was flat so I left it on charge overnight. Next day she started after a few turns and sounded well however the floats must be sticking as petrol was p####g out of the carbs all over the engine. Still I decided I would take it for a trial run see if all was well. During the ride I had to keep turning the tap off as it was over fueling, what a pain. However apart from the fuel issue there didn’t appear to be an other issues. I have to say it being a low power model was not noticeable bearing in mind the last bike I rode was a full power NC.

What I did notice was the screen around the headlight made my helmet noisy with wind/turbulence, and before you start it wasn’t due to the speed with the bike being silver 🙄
