Spot on, Nick. The little machine is now 49 years old and unrestored, with the right amount of patina and the little plaque from the dealer in Essex where she was originally bought. The tax disc from 1981 is still on there (it cost £6.00 back then lol), after that she went into a collection until I bought her a few years ago. I want to keep her original even though I have started a little collection of NOS spares already.
The little bike really puts a grin on my face every time.

My dad had a red one exactly the same - WNL 12J bought from Ken Priestly
He blew the engine up the bike was put on the kitchen table to strip down
