The power supply seems ok so far, but the internet is struggling. I upgraded our broadband mid March, from a 32/10 package to a 64/20 package (just a remote flick of a virtual switch I think) with a guarantee of 55/18 Mbps. Swapped out the old (still operating) for new updated router a few days ago, and have informed the company of problems and they are supposed to have been working on it for a few days now. It has become progressively much slower and more volatile, in the last few days getting 2~8Mbps download / 6~9 upload Mbps this morning! No way I would expect full speed at this time, with everyone working from home, but a stable 30/15 would be nice (let me chase the Son onto contacting an online tutor perhaps). Lets hope they can get our connection stable again! If I were trying to work from home currently I would be .

Day time performance should not be materially degraded. Even with everyone working form home, using Zoom, etc, etc, the load on the network is still much lower than evening peaks. If you are seeing a reduction to this level it is not the because of utilisation, there is something wrong with your connection. Do you know what speed the router is synching at? Who is the service provider?

The last sync their app said was 11.4 Mbps (vodaphone), they say on the standard method, they are working on the problem, but maybe time to open the chat again....
