Yes, it seems to be all there. The seller says it was in storage for 20 years so the usual things are shot (battery, tyres cables? etc) It also wont start (but tries to) so the first job is to strip and clean the carbs. Once I get the engine going I'll assess what else needs doing and how far I want to go with it. I certainly don't want to get it concourse. As you know, these things can be money pits.

You're right. Get it running, do what needs doing for the MOT and the use it.
Rather than a total strip down, you can always take bits off to restore and keep it on the road.

Yes someone has applied those decals but this is not the deluxe.
What year is it? (suffix). Looking at it I am assuming 1980 on a V or W.

Looks like a CB250NA....MT1.85 tubed rims, forks do not have drain plugs etc......Same model as in my avatar picture, looks all there though in original configuration.
