saw one just like this this in halfords carpark around 11.30 am in keighley this morning, makes me wonder if its the same motor. tasty bit of kit but the price?

why so much not that rare think they made 7 or 8 thousand and the 280 capri was 1038 and they are going for 50 - 60 thou

Icon......nice motor Bodie. Only thing I would do is get correct period plates on her - white front, yellow black with chunky black digits, dirtied up slightly of course.
The 'common' bikes and cars of yesteryear, just like our humble SD, is what everyone wants (again) in the end it would seem.....all because of the 'N' word (Nostagia).

I had three capris in my 20's and loved them. The only reg I remember is MWR725V but it no longer exists. My next car was a cavalier then I had 3 company cars which were all stolen! How embarrassing! Paul.

I took Ian for a spin last week and he said it still felt like new ! not bad considering its nearly done a 100,000 with all its original engine components. PS I have still got the original plates some where but they were still smooth plastic and I am sorry to say any thing on my Capri would not be dirtied up
