As per title- what's the generally accepted rattle can solution to spray up the master cyl and other black parts? Something from Halfrauds or B&Q's?
Would you believe it, got the 400 out to go for the MOT and the master cylinder is weeping fluid. I'll bung in a service kit, but it's taken the paint off the ally casting.....

A common issue. I'd go with Simoniz tough black in the satin, Paul. It can be had on eBay.

Thanks- I'll get some and try it. I already have the service kit, but resisted the temptation to not bother refreshing the paint now I'm buying yours....

Confused dot com. Paint is a personal thing....even Halfrauds offer very good black spray paint these days.

I'm using Plasticote gloss black on the hand controls, and Halfrauds vinyl spray on the plastics. I've used the Plasticote on one of my other bikes to good effect on bar end weights and it looks factory.
