hi FUNGO the library computer says there is a security problem with the site?? and I have logged in via the options shown on screen in the library...........I'm in at least for today....anyone having Hotmail problems also?? ( ujm is being silly also!!!!!! )

They may have updated the policy in the library to not allow cookies on their PC's. I take it you managed to log on to the site in the library in the end?

Don't sweat that - if you get that message when logging into Internet banking, then don't proceed.
But for this site, it is nothing at all to worry about.
Long story short, secure websites have "certificates" in the back-end which then must tally up with the certificate held by a registration authority. If there is a slight discrepancy between the two, then that error will come up.

They are always so polite on the blower.....and you can always get hold of them 24/7.

I agree - their customer service when making a deposit is second to none! I'm still waiting to hear back about that withdrawal I requested though - but I believe it's a national holiday over there at the moment, and the bank will reopen on 29th Feb 2015

I was told the same.
Double entry book keeping can get complicated.
Pretty sure red is the new black - it's what they told me anyway.
