I spent a couple of hours the other night trying to clean the GPZ screen, which was very streaky, without success, so this was a timely thread - thanks Paul There was a clear border around the outside of the murky area, a couple of mm wide, so I thought it must be some kind of coating that had gone streaky & we were stuck with it. After reading the replies on here, I found an old tin of Brasso & gave it a go - the difference was amazing - thanks guys! Before: After

for your info....I used brasso and when applied to the inside of screen it seems to have a different effect( like it was being absorbed, and making surface soft ) than when applied to the outside.......Strange, but its polishing up ok....AM using my automotive polishing compounds now...will be ok.
