Heres my new (in may 1980) SD, this photo was taken at about 6 oclock in the morning the day after picking it up new, run it in over night didnt even go home for supper. Heres the SD after it was rebuilt after being hit head on by a stolen jaguar. Heres whats left of it (on the left) after being stolen & recovered later in somones back garden. (wheels are the spare wheels for the silver bike. The silver bike was given to me 3 years ago and will be used to rebuild the red framed bike.

yes my dad has still got the front crash bar in his garage, bent like a "Z". Scott, wheelly easy, 2 ways of doing it, 1) roll a bit and then drop the clutch at 8/9ooo rpm 1st gear 2) aproach in second gear a large bump as in a sleeping policeman and pull in clutch and let out clutch with loads of revs, much more fun as wheelly lasts longer, once changed into 3rd gear, probaly couldnt do it now though. used to do doughnuts aswell, poor old superdream, got some super8 cinéfilm somewhere with us mucking about like that, one with us playing on a yet to be opened bypass and the bike cops came and told us that we were better playing here than in the town. and Scott,if you cant get your front end up at your age (the bike or the other) there's a problem red frames defo an '80's thing, bimota, harris magnum etc we all copied them

Black ones are easy to wheelly with that extra power :-) Black ones are generally heavier.
Has anyone heard my theory as to why this could be ?

thats true Fnugo. like red paint is faster, basically red paint has not much pigment in it so you have to put many layers on to make a nice colour, this gives it a smoother finish which is very aerodynamic. its all true , why do you think ferrari's are red.....

Boeri sport, cant at all remember the model name, perhaps racer ,was fiberglass, split up the back after sailing with me through the air. had a brown sort of corduroy liner, comfy lid.
