Silly question when I do get my bike to run right what speed are they happy to curise at ? As I was use to riding a royal Enfield before this bike

On a 250 about 65 is comfy but they will push on to around 75

Yeah as above the cm is pretty happy at about 60 - 65, handle really well for a factory custom, maybe because their quite low, fast turning circle too, if you get used to the wide bars their really nice to ride

Thanks for that just am use to single Brit bikes and when I road the cm it's felt that it was screaming at 50 mpg but am use to thump thump thump

only ever had quick goes on a couple of old brits, but you'll probably find the japs a bit revvier and the powers usually a bit further up the rev range. our lad owned a triumph 500 twin (briefly) and always said performance wise it was about on a level with his old 250 superdream.

They do British bike tick over 500 reves and jap about 1200 so no wonder it feels like it's reveing it nuts off . Am sure I will get use to after and when I get it running ok.
