What you using and how do you rate it?

This is what's in mine Nick but SD forks are so primitive if there was no oil in you probably wouldn't notice

Atf Nick but it's not really fork oil it has no grade the best modern fork oil for SD is 10w as in mine We have just put it in Pauls kh and its in his 400/4

Thanks Chris, that is what I was after. When I did SBY's forks a few years ago, I remembered there was a choice that people were using from memory it was 10, 15 or 20w.
I will go with your recommendations for the Hawk, thanks again Chris and Pete.

That's what I said Nick ATF ! But back in the day there wasn't loads of lovely fork oil to choose from so auto fluid was what they chose
