Here's a new one for us to have fun with. More and more so I am seeing parts for our bikes on ebay that are 'as much use as a chocolate teapot'.......and sometimes they are not that cheap either. So as well as being useless, they are expensive. This is not about naming and shaming ebay sellers, some of them do that perfectly well themselves without help from us......therefore if you have spotted an item that is 'as much use as a chocolate teapot' post up just the picture in this thread.....no need for the link. Hopefully this will start us off. I mean what, how, who and why would you do this?

bit of autosol, that’ll cure it... I knew a chap once who, had that been off a old Brit bike, ally or iron would have considered that "repairable"

No doubt it’s repairable and still very fit for purpose...
But when there is so much better out there for less I think you have to wonder if these people have too much time on their hands which could be put to better use.....like watching Jeremy Kyle or Loose Woman for example........oh hang on.
